2. Size Exchange
If you receive your order and find the size to be incorrect, we offer a one-time exchange. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at exchanges@buen.co within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the size you wish to exchange.
- Ship the product back to us at your own expense, ensuring it is in its original condition , with all tags attached.
- Include the tracking ID in your email to exchanges@buen.co so we can monitor the shipment.
3. Damaged Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at exchanges@buen.co within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and attach clear photos and a video of the damaged product.
- To ensure a fair and efficient process, we require an unboxing video and photos of the damaged product. This step helps us to verify the extent of the damage and streamline the resolution process.
- Our team will review your request and, upon approval, provide you with instructions on returning the damaged item.
4. Verification and Process
Upon receiving the damaged product and verifying its condition, we will process the exchange. Please note that the one-time exchange option is applicable only for size-related issues.
